You may pay by check* or money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, electronic funds transfer (for EFT/wire instructions contact email@example.com). Full payment must accompany your registration form, as registrations without payment will not be processed. A purchase order is not an acceptable form of payment.
*Payments by personal or company check will not be accepted after April 7, 2017, whether the purchase is for a group or individual registration. Anyone who registers after April 7 will be required to use a credit card for payment. Anyone who has a payment due upon check-in at the conference or who wishes to register on-site, must present a credit card to receive a name badge.
