TransAm Trucking has maintained a significant business in customer commitments since implementing Load Analyzer. In this session, two of TransAm's leaders will present the proactive management process they use for booking customer-committed freight. They will cover how they input commitment data and maintain commitment levels. They will also discuss their daily process to ensure that customers meet their end of commitment agreements, and they will demonstrate how they manage exceptions as it pertains to commitment management.
