Best Buy recently partnered with consulting firm enVista to develop and execute against a phased rollout approach for implementing Manhattan Associates Open Systems across Best Buy’s seven omni-channel distribution centers (DCs). In this session, hear from Best Buy and enVista about how the omni-channel retailer achieved implementation success, including how Best Buy determined a solution to replace its legacy WMS, developed its implementation approach, selected the right internal team, chose an implementation partner, and partnered with Manhattan and enVista to effectively implement a new WMS.
